This fee covers the initial 1 hour consultation and does not constitute an agreement for care, more steps are required.

What you'll get:

1 hour Zoom consultation with Dr. Noseworthy
Review of any prior labs and diagnostics before the consult
At the end of the call Dr. Noseworthy will tell you if he things he can help and what that might look like
If Dr. Noseworthy thinks he can help he will lay out your options for either a Discovery package (see below), or a full personalized lifestyle medicine program.

Dr. Noseworthy may or may not be able to help you.

The Discovery Package is simply taking one more step before any longer term commitments are made. You agree to do some additional diagnostic testing (not included) and then meet once more to review those results (requires separate consultation fee).
