Here is how it works

  • Use the box to the right to prepay your consultation

  • I will set up a chart on my documentation system and reach out to schedule our call

  • Once we have that on the books I will send you my electronic intake forms - fill them out and submit them at least 2 days before your consult so I can review, make notes and be prepared for you

  • If you have any relevant lab tests or imaging reports you will send them to me so I can review those too

  • During our consult we will review your intake form, get more details and try to piece things together into a coherent picture

  • If I think I can help I will outline my recommended program for you: How much time we will need, the tests we should run, and the estimated costs involved

  • IF I DON'T THINK I CAN HELP YOU I PROMISE I WILL BE HONEST ABOUT THAT!

If we can agree on an approach that makes sense to both of us, and I accept your case, then we will talk about a personalized program, designed just for you.
